Sterling Personnel, Inc. is recruiting for a CDL Driver for our client’s facility in Corpus Christi, TX. This job is ideal for someone who is hardworking, enjoys working both independently and with a team. Experience working in a heavy construction industry is a plus.
CDL Driver Responsibilities:
- Deliver orders safely, while meeting strict deadlines
- Follow appropriate safety procedures for transporting company products
- Manually load and unload items from trucks
- Inspect loads to ensure that product is secure for transport
- Maintain logs of working hours, vehicle service and repair status, following applicable state and federal regulations
- Ensure all paperwork is logged correctly and invoices match what is being delivered to the customer
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients over the phone and during deliveries
- Work in a team environment to achieve the goals of the company
CDL Driver Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
- Valid CDL Class A or B license
- Minimum 2+ years driving commercial vehicle
