Sterling Personnel, Inc. is recruiting for a Temporary Make Ready Technician for our client in Corpus Christi, TX. The Make Ready will be painting, taping, floating, and handling minor plumbing.
Make Ready Responsibilities:
- Assists with general appliance repairs, carpet repairs and minor A/C and electrical repairs
- Performs and/or assists with carpentry work, painting and plumbing duties as required
- Installs appliances and electrical fixtures as required
- Moves appliances, with assistance, using appliance dolly
- Installs, repairs and rekeys deadbolt locks
- Assists maintenance in maintaining a clean and orderly shop
- Reports any maintenance problems
- Assists with resident functions as required
- Maintains courteous and helpful demeanor with residents, prospective residents, co-workers, vendors, etc.
- Complete grounds work such as grounds pick up, sweeping and light landscaping
- Minor pool maintenance may be required
- Completes check lists in a timely manner to ensure units are ready for new residents move-in date
Make Ready Requirements:
- Must have at least 1 year of Make Ready experience
- Must have knowledge of general maintenance, painting, make-ready procedures, and general grounds care
