Sterling Personnel, Inc. is recruiting for an Office Assistant to assist our client in the Calallen area. The Office Assistant will be handling incoming calls, providing customer service, updating customer information, and reviewing and executing contracts.
Office Assistant Responsibilities:
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers
Ensure office area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer
Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities
Provide general administrative support to the entire office
Clean out storage units as needed
Run errands out of the office
Perform other duties as assigned
