Sterling Personnel, Inc is recruiting for a Personal Lines CSR for our client, an insurance company located in the Corpus Christi, TX area. This position will be responsible for answering incoming claims calls from customers among other duties. This is a full time, temp-to-hire position with an expected schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00AM – 5:00PM.
The ideal candidate for this position has a friendly and professional demeanor, good communication skills and is able to stay calm under pressure.
Personal Lines CSR Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming claims calls from customers
- Working with underwriters to determine appropriate coverage and necessary changes.
- Generate insurance quotes.
- Recommend available products and provide customers with detailed information about policies and procedures.
- Accessing customer accounts and policy schedules
- Make soliciting calls to sell insurance coverages.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Personal Lines CSR Requirements:
- 1+ years or Insurance experience or similar preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Word and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
