Sterling Personnel, Inc. is recruiting for a Warehouse Associate for our client in the Harrisburg area of Houston, TX. In this position, the Warehouse Associate will be manually moving storing and distributing materials and products.
Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:
- Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders
- Handle the products carefully and check them for any defects or damages
- Organize and manage the inventory
- Keep a record of all shipments
- Prepare the products for shipment
- Make deliveries if needed
- Compare invoices and purchasing orders
- Reach out to vendors or buyers regarding shipment errors
- Keep records of fuel purchased for warehouse equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Warehouse Associate Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Driver’s license required
- Proficient with MS Office
- Must have ability to lift 50+ lbs. and stand for long periods of time
